Our friendly operators are here to help, explain transportation options and answer questions. Availability is limited, so scheduling in advance is encouraged. 

  1. Call us at least one hour before you want to be picked up. 

  2. You can reserve a trip up to four weeks in advance for Demand Response. 

  3. Flex Bus and Rickenbacker Shuttle don’t require advance reservation. Clients can call same day for a ride or wait at a bus stop.

Calls for rides are answered in the order they are received. Unfortunately, reservations cannot be taken by voicemail. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message with your contact information and the scheduler will return your call.
