2. Describe the specific modification you need to use the service.  

• Explain your situation and the change needed. 

3. Participate in the interactive process.  

• Communicate with PICCA Transit about your request.

• PICCA Transit will process your request as quickly as possible. 

• You'll receive a written decision (alternative formats available on request). 

Note: In emergency situations where advance requests aren't possible (like discovering an unexpected barrier), operating personnel can make immediate determinations.
